DSC00658Hello everyone!  I’m excited to be able to share another completed sewing project with you all.   I couldn’t wait to wear this polka dot peplum tee with my red skinny ankle length jeans. By throwing in my black wedges it gave my outfit  a fun and girly  look. I used Vogue pattern V8815 this time around.  The instructions were super easy to read and understand and I did make a modification. I was using a lightweight t-shirt material that had stretch, I knew I would not need a zipper to get the top on and off so I passed on the zipper and cut the back pattern out by placing it on the fold of the fabric to get one continuous piece instead of two. I only needed 1 yard of material, which I found at Wal-Mart for just under $6.

Thank you so much for reading!
