Shop My Look
Top: Wal-Mart, it was only $4
Jacket: Old Navy, available in tall, regular and petite
Hello lovelies! I hope you all have been having a bright summer, so far. Today I decided to try pairing three of my favorite colors, cobalt blue, sunshine yellow and bright white. I found this cobalt blue ponte knit pencil skirt at Ross Dress for Less. It was only $7.99, so I ended up buying it in red and black as well. Can’t beat that price for this type of skirt, even if I made it myself. My yellow tank top is a Wal-Mart basic that was like $4.00 and my white jacket was a fab tall find from one of my favorites, Old Navy. My shoes and statement necklace were Ebay finds. All of these pieces combined were less than the cost of my Rebecca Minkoff tote, which I also happened to find on sale for an amazing deal at The Outnet. I think I am becoming quite the savvy shopper and I am learning on my style journey that it is way easier to create different outfits when you have basic pieces for layering. Also learning that you don’t have to spend a fortune, to look and feel like a million bucks. I was a bit skeptical at first about putting this look together, not quite sure how it would turn out, but I must say, that I really like this color combination. It’s bright and colorful, yet still classy and put together. A perfect look for a lunch date, with friends.
Thank you for stopping by!
