Tall Girls UK hasn’t let me down yet with their maxi dresses. I tell you they pick the prettiest of prints and the length is always perfect on me. I tell you I am so in love with this red poppy print bardot maxi frill dress. If you know me, you know I love color and never have been one to shy away from it, so this beauty was calling my name. I just feel really pretty in it so you know its a winner for me. For reference I’me wearing the US size 14 and wearing this dress with flats as I’ve pictured below. The fabric is 100% viscose, think rayon. Which I love for the warmer because of the airiness and drape. This dress is not stiff and moves with you. It has a subtle slit in the front which helps with mobility and is a nice little detail. The simple frill up top can be worn off the shoulders as I am wearing it here, but also think about wearing it as a one shoulder dress dress as well. It also has straps that you can wear if you feel you need the extra support or want a different look. I’ll be showing those later on the blog as this dress will be getting lots of wear from me as well. Today I decided to dress it up by pairing it with the fancy and currently trending earrings I found at Target.I love how how they help to make an outfit pop. Although I must say this dress doesn’t need any extra help in that department. It makes a pretty good statement all on its own!
