Living in Southern California the temperature doesn’t drop too low. There is a certain time in the day when it is too chilly for just a top and too hot for a coat. But a long sleeve sweater is perfect. Women’s tall basic sweaters with the perfect weight for layering or standing on their own with long enough sleeves can sometimes be hard to find. But I happened to luck across this basic sweater in regular women’s sizing from Nordstrom Rack. But so that you don’t have to worry about whether it will fit or not I have linked to several women’s tall basic sweaters available in a multitude of colors as well as the one I am wearing. To make your basic sweater not so basic, top it with a plaid blanket scarf that compliments it. The plaid scarf I am wearing today has hints of the golden rod color. Throw on a cute pair of ankle boots and you have an easy and effortless look that is pulled together. Just remember the simple formula. Sweater + Scarf + Jeans + Ankle Boots = Cute, Easy, Comfortable Style.
