I made this diy hot pink top using McCall’s 6960 and a polyester chiffon I’ve had in my stash for awhile. I am really pleased with the way this top turned out. It is easy and breezy perfect to wear on its own during the summer and great for layering in spring as I am doing today. I actually plan on making a few more of these tops in several other bright colors as I love the length and loose flowing drape and this top was very easy and fast to make. The fabric I picked up from my local Fabric Mart and my next visit I will be on the look out for more bright chiffon. As you know, if you’ve been following me for a while is that I don’t shy away from color. I really love bright, vivid and bold colors and I wish these picture truly captured the vivacity of my top, because it is really a super bright Neon Pink! Exclamation mark needed to further validate the point..lol I decided to pair it with black and white. I’ve had this black faux leather moto jacket from Topshop for a few years now and I still love it as much each time I wear it. It is truly a classic and super comfortable. And I absolutely love the fit and length of the sleeves. They are the perfect length and width.
