Feeling very nautical today with my navy culottes and stripe top! I purchased these navy culottes several months ago last year on sale from Old Navy. I love Old Navy’s tall selection online and their prices. I have to say which I’ve probably mentioned before on the blog that they are my go to for tall classic and basics.
I love to shop and because of their prices and then sales and discounts on top of sales, let’s just say they enable my addiction (cough, cough) I mean contribution to the economy. Another go-to for inexpensive yet trendy items is Forever 21 which is where I purchased this red and navy stripe off the shoulder top for a steal of a deal under $10 a couple of months ago and if you like it, you’re in luck because it is still available and only $7.99! What has been your luck with Old Navy tall items in regard to shrinking? I have been disappointed before with tall size shirts which fit great until I wash them (Land’s End).
I’ve had pretty good luck with them. T be honest most of my tall size clothes are from them. I have had 2 tunic tops shrink badly from them though. I think it was the material some type of crinkled rayon blend and and 2 maxi dresses of a cotton/lycra blend. Learned to not put these types in the dryer. But of everything else I have purchased from pants, jeans, skirts, tees, cami’s, dresses, jackets, have been great. I still have some Old Navy purchases that are 5 years and older..lol 🙂
