Pretty Tall Style - Minnie Mouse Sweater - DIY Faux Leather Pencil Skirt

I stopped by Ross last week after what seemed like a long hiatus.  I wanted to check out the shoe the juniors/misses department for some inexpensive graphic tee’s and sweaters. First of course I had to stop in the shoe department and see if I would be lucky. The pickings were very slim for the size 12’s, but my eyes stopped on these red suede heels.  I took a closer look and was happy to see the number 12 in the foot bed of the shoe.  I was even happier to see that they were Sam Edelman and I was ecstatic when I saw the price had been reduced to $19.99.  Yes you already know I had to take them home with me, as I like to say about my Ross finds, it was meant to be…lol  Next up was the juniors section for some tee’s.  I have tons of blazers and button up shirts, but am in desperate need of t-shirts for layering.  As I was searching the racks, I came across this super cute Minnie Mouse sweater. I mean who doesn’t love Minnie Mouse?  She is just so fab and cute as a button with her big red bow.  Plus she was only $16.99 and I did my re-mix worksheet in my head.  I figured I could wear her with a pencil skirt as I am today with my diy faux leather skirt.  I can pair her with my black/white gingham button up layered underneath, I can also wear this sweater with boyfriend jeans and my red converse. Four or more different outfits can be created with this sweater from what I already have in my closet, so although she is a “fun” buy, she will not just end up sitting lonely in my closet.
