Hello Lovelies! It’s Friday and today’s look is…all white everything! Perfect for an all white summer party or a date night out with the hubby to a jazz festival. Whatever the grown up occasion may call for I am ready thanks to the newest addition to my me made wardrobe.I have been eyeing so many pretty off the shoulder tops with the ruffle flounce and kept saying to myself I need to make one of those and well I finally did. This top is a self drafted one that I created after looking at how the black top I received courtesy of Romwe and last seen worn here and was inspired to make a similar white one.

My top is made out of about a yard and a half white poplin fabric that I purchased from my local Yardage Town store. It’s tunic length with slits on the side, which you can’t see in these pictures as I am wearing it tucked in. Tried it on with cut off denim shorts, worn out and it looked cute that way as well, so as the weather heats up, I’ll have that look on the blog as well. I plan on making several more of these, as I am completely obsessed with anything off the shoulder, so hopefully I can document my step by step process with pictures and post the tutorial on the blog for the next one I make like this. I decided to pair my top with my white Gap (tall) Modern Boot Cut pants that are several years old. Love that I am able to pair items that are already in my closet with new items that I make myself.

What I’m Wearing:
Top: Made by me, similar, similar, similar (splurge)
Pants: Gap, similar, similar, similar, all available in tall sizes
Shoes: Ashley Stewart (size 12w), similar, similar, similar, all available up to at least size 12
Wallet: Coach, similar, similar (splurge), similar
Earrings: Wal-Mart, love these, these and these
Thank you for stopping by!
Hugs,

Hi! Love your posts. How do you find the tall clothes on Zara? I tried the search bar but I can’t locate the tall items on the site. Thanks!
Hi Amy, Thank you so much! Zara doesn’t have a tall line as of yet. I’ve just found that some of their standard items work for me. When I used to live in Portugal I purchased jeans from them that were surprisingly long enough and I have a 36″ inseam. Not sure if there is a Zara in your area, or how tall you are but I would recommend if you can to go in and try a few things on, to see if they work for you as well. 🙂
