If you follow me on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram then you are aware that I received several goodies to try from the new ASOS Tall line.  I received five items that were picked out for me based on the sizes I gave to the ASOS team.  I received a dress, two skirts, a top and these ASOS TALL Rivington High Waist Denim Jeggings in Clean Black.

I am wearing a size 14 with a 36″ inseam. These jeggings are a light weight woven twill with the perfect amount of stretch.  The material is 60% cotton, 38% polyester and 2% elastane.  For my tall and leggy girls notice how these jeggings cover my ankles! Also take note of how there is still extra fabric gathered at my ankles.

I am 6’4″ and have a 36″ inseam.  These jeggings are truly made for us tall girls.  What I love about these ASOS TALL Rivington High Waist Jeggings is one, they fit like a glove from the waist down to the ankles. I have no belt on with these and they stayed in place as I walked around.  There is no droopy crotch, but also no camel toe.  They are high waist, so no constantly having to pull them up or my top down, total coverage people.

What I love the most about these jeggings, is how the ankle fits snug. I hate it when I have a pair of skinny jeans, jeggings, or leggings that are fitted everywhere else, but loose when you get down to the ankles, and these are fitted.  Also because of the elastane, it is not a struggle to get them on over your feet either, (because I know we all have had at least that one pair where it takes like fives minutes to get them on and off from our feet..lol).  You all know I have a size 12/13 foot and I was able to pull them on with ease.

Last but not least, being a  really tall girl at 6’4″, I love the length! I love that they are actually made for the really tall girls as well, and not just the shorter tall girls (in the 5’8″-5’10” range).  If you’re over 6 feet tall these will work for you too! I know some of you were worried they wouldn’t be long enough.  As you can see they are!  Also as you know and can see I am no longer a Skinny Minny.  I’m at the tail end of regular sizing and the beginning of plus sizing, wearing a size 14.  I like how these accommodate and accentuate what I like to call my motherly curves, because I didn’t have them before I had kids…lol Now with all of that said, let’s talk about the price because you all know I love a great deal.  I splurge on some things, but I don’t believe that we should have to pay an arm and a leg for fashion to fit our long arms and long legs. These babies are only $47.05!  My verdict is that they are totally worth it. I love them so much I will be ordering the indigo rinse ones as well.

I ask you, what are thoughts on the new ASOS TALL line? I’m super thrilled about it and have a feeling that they will be getting a lot of my money.  Which may not be such a good thing at least as far as the hubby is concerned…lol
